Great little place. good food
Delicate food
My husband and I came here for breakfast with a friend. Staff was very friendly, place was cozy and quiet. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with French fries. It was delicious! I would definitely love to visit again!
MorePretty good place for a classic diner breakfast. A bit loud at first with all the clanging around and workers chatting at length, but it calmed down eventually. They need to move the smoking area--I don't need to have an asthma attack on the way to my car. Should have rolled the windows all the up too.
MoreOne of the best burgers I've ever had! Very juicy and fresh and the bun was soft and grilled to perfection. We stopped in on our way to New Hampshire and are glad we did. The beef and mushroom soup was excellent as well.
MoreLocal very small diner. Only about 6 tables. Food was okay, service was okay. Just was hoping for more as it was a locally recommended place. Servers seemed to know the names of all the locals and were quite friendly to them. We did not get the same treatment. Just an okay place.
MoreFood here was delicious and the staff very gracious. Highly recommended!
The food was very good. The place was full of hungry customers. This is a great spot to have a hot meal on a cold day.
MoreMy favorite breakfast place in VT. Great, homemade food and affordable prices. The waitstaff are always pleasant and friendly.
MoreStopped here when we were staying in the area at a cabin. We had breakfast and it was great! Friendly staff, awesome small town vibe.
MoreGood food
If you like diners, this place does not disappoint. The food is exactly as you would expect from this type of it restaurant. And there's always plenty of food on your plate. I have never gone away hungry
MoreGreat food!! Perfect cup of coffee!
The food was very good! The pancakes were nice and fluffy and the eggs weren't overcooked. Staff was super friendly and was quick to give you a coffee refill! Price was not too bad and this place is definitely on the list of places to go again. The home fries were very good and crunchy and I would definitely reccomend them.
MoreVery friendly service at a classic American diner
An unassuming place with good basic fare and excellent coffee. I had a very good club sandwich.
MoreWestern omelette with home fries was amazing. Friendly service too.
Great meal before a river adventure. Very reasonably priced.
Large portions and excellent prices. I had 3 pancakes that came with a bottle of locally produced maple syrup. Very very good
MoreI was gonna order the meatloaf, but I was advised that it wasn't good and to order the pot roast. While waiting for it I hear beeping and look over to see them microwaving my food. The pot roast wasn't very good, the mashed potatoes were mush and the gravy look like it came out of a package from a dollar store and my broccoli tasted strange. It was not even heated all the way through. It seemed like all of the customers were having their food microwaved. I wouldn't come back.
MoreExcellent food! Friendly staff!!
Great diner- ate here a few times on vacation and it was good every time
Small friendly place with dinner menu and good food
Nothing spectacular, but fills your gut and you can't beat the prices. The cook is really personable and good for fun conversation!
MoreExcellent breakfast and lovely service. Eggs were cooked to perfection and the hollandaise was some of the best I've had. The low price was an added bonus!
MoreTasty food with large portions, but slow service.
The food was okay, it was super crowded with no where to sit.
Nicest people and great food. What more can you want.
Wonderful place! Has perfect charm for a Vermont vacation! Maple syrup is made right down the road! Has wonderful staff as well!
MoreSolid diner food, but the best was the waitress and cook carrying n and the other diners -- hilarious time, great visit.
MoreBreakfast was good, I would recommend the corned beef hash. Service was good. Place is very small and our group of 6 had to split up because no table could accommodate us.
MoreI love this little diner. The grilled ham and cheese is the best melted comfort food around. Their rye bread is amazing and they cook a juicy burger too.
MoreThe Maple Leaf Diner is the town's friendly gathering place for good eats.
Simple food done well
Open during COVID!Everything you want in a quant setting. Generous portions, reasonable price. Get yourself a house brand root beer and don’t forget to check the specials board!
MoreHas more potential. The walls are so dirty along with the lighting fixtures. To loud and small to be a pleasant dinning experience. Also the bread was stale and my fiancees sandwich had twice as much meat.
More3.5 stars. Good road food; limited menu. Very small inside: perhaps six booths and about nine counter seats in a tired interior. At 10 a.m., only two staff present, and one was cooking - tho the basic eggs, "home fries", biscuits & gravy, and pancakes were nicely done. Coffee a tad watery, bacon fry grease likely should have been changed. A place where "everybody knows your name." Not a sports bar or macho hangout; just regulars and those traveling past on VT-100.
MoreNot impressed with the food we ordered...meatloaf was terrible, waitress was nice, and the food took about 40 minutes to come out. There was only 6 customers.
MoreVery nice little local spot. Friendly staff and good foo
My husband and I stopped in around 2:15 p.m. on a Saturday right before closing. We asked if it was too late and they totally welcomed us! I had a bacon cheese burger and my husband the special, eggs, potatoes, bacon and gravy and the best thick rye bread! A nice local place with good food and a nice attitude!❤️
MoreMy happy place.good people coffee is good
Good food, fast service
Local spot for the locals in that area. Food was good. Not your typical diner but then again I'm from New Jersey.
MoreA local breakfast and lunch place with good food and low prices. Coffee is a bit weak, but otherwise the food is fine. Lots of locals, and a few tourists passing through town. The best thing is, if you order pancakes, they come with real Vermont maple syrup packaged in a single serving bottle. The worst thing is, the entrance to the parking lot has water filled craters that a small person could drown in. Takes credit cards.
MoreGreat service and food. Very nice and quaint atmosphere!
Old diner with great people and breakfast.
Great breakfast diner food and quick service would definitely come again if I’m back in the area!
MoreThis place was nice and quiet, my partner, I and our son had a very nice lunch. The cook made a mickey mouse pancake, very cool!!!
MoreNice little spot, great coffee
